Tonight, my oldest daughter, Marley, lost her 5th tooth!  Well, I can’t really say she ”lost” it, as it was a little more like I held her down with all my might and pried her jaws open while her dad pulled it:)  She is full of drama at this age and didn’t even know that in all the scuffle it fell right out without us pulling it.  Anyway, we said we would get some ice cream to celebrate and instead of going out and paying way too much at Coldstone or some other ice cream place, I remembered that Vons was having a frozen foods sale including Breyers ice cream, which is our favorite.  It is always such a fun adventure for our girls to be able to go to the store and pick out one flavor all for themselves.  I had a catalina from the Almond Breeze milk deal so I paid $6.95 for all that pictured above!  They are all included in the Buy 5 for only $1.99 each sale on my weekly deals list, so $9.95 for 5 treats.

So, for way less than we would have spent somewhere else, I was able to get enough ice cream for quite a while and everyone got just what they wanted:)  Oh, and can you see the window open in the background?  That is because the heat finally gave way to some GORGEOUS weather today and we opened all the windows and turned off the ac in celebration.
