Not Your Typical Tip Tuesday, But It’s YUMMY!
Today has been a very busy day to say the least, and I dinner was actually the last thing from my mind. I remembered that Angels Donut’s has these wonderful, huge ham and melted cheese crescents for just $2.69 each. It’s definitely something we don’t eat too often because they aren’t the cheapest thing ever or the healthiest, but man they are GOOD! I paired these with a salad and that’s it!
Just remember if you don’t have dinner planned and in the oven, you can always stop by Angel’s Donuts and enjoy these delicious sandwiches!

Weekly Meal Plan!
There is no weekly meal plan this week, I know shame shame…. Actually though, I’m trying to use up a lot of our freezer meals. I have quite a few that I made around Christmas time that really need to be eaten, so that’s what this week is all about for us! Plus, I’ve packed my freezer with deals from Freezer Month and I need more space!
What do you have in your freezer that needs to be used up. Let me know and I’ll try to come up with some ideas for you. This week is all about eating what we already own, and making more freezer meals using the deals from this week!
Tip Tuesday: Secret Ingredient in Spaghetti Sauce!
Everybody has there own variation of what they put in their spaghetti sauce. Some put fresh basil in at the end, some brown sugar for a touch of sweetness, cream cheese, lots of veggies, kielbasa, but I put in a touch of cinnamon. It seems to bring out the rest of the flavors and I just LOVE the taste! If you haven’t ever done this before, then give it a try and let me know what you think. Remember though, a little goes a LONG ways, and you can always add a little more if need be. So… what is your secret ingredient?!?

Frugal Friday: Homemade Fruit/Veggie Cleaner!
Do you ever wonder if your fruit and veggies are actually getting clean from the water you wash them in? I do, so I thought why not make my own cleaner that doesn’t cost me an arm and a leg to make! The name brands out there can cost at least $3.99, but homemade can cost you just pennies! Here is the easy recipe:
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 cup water
spray bottle
Directions:
Add all 3 ingredients to your spray bottle, shake and it’s ready to go! Simply spray solution on your fruit and veggies, then rinse off under water. This solution can be stored for up to 2 weeks.
The acid in the vinegar is used to help neutralize the pesticides and the lemon is a natural disinfectant.
