No Fat Frozen Banana Treat!

I know I’ve shared this idea before, but it’s just so good!! I take frozen bananas and puree them in a food processor. (If the bananas are really hard they will puree into tiny balls, but let them sit for a minute or two and puree again, then you will get a smooth consistency.) The consistency is so close to ice cream, and it makes for such a healthy treat. I did add some chocolate and peanut butter chips to mine, but you certainly don’t have to. This treat is perfect for someone with milk allergies or someone that’s on a diet and is craving ice cream.
