Save At Home Mommy Coupon Binder Changes!

by Kerri at May 26, 2010 in Coupon Binder

We have added some great new tools and options to our Save At Home Mommy Coupon Binder that I wanted to make sure you all new about!  We are so excited about all the changes and have worked very hard to keep the price for you low while covering our expenses in adding these new tools.  Here are a few of the changes:

3pocketpage

.

#1- All binders now come with a 3 slot coupon organizer page behind each of the store pocket dividers for 5 additional pages.  You can use these pages to keep that store’s coupons as well as the coupons you have put together for your shopping trip.

.

9slotpages

#2- We now have the option of the 9 slot coupon organizer pages.  You can choose to have all your pages, 1/2 or none of them in this style.  As always, you can add additional 3 slot or 9 slot pages to your binder to make it work for you.  These 9 slot pages are great for those of you who like to clip every coupon and keep them all in your binder.  You can put all your copies of a specific coupon in one slot.

#3- We have added some great resources to help you in your planning and organizing.  First, we have created a Shopping Organizer page that will help you easily plan your shopping trips in as little or as great detail as you would like.  These are double sided and 5 are included in the standard binder.  Second, there are 5 double sided Menu Planning sheets to help plan your menus for the week.  Finally, there is 1 double sided Price Tracking sheet.  This sheet should be used to track the prices you find in your area on your staple items.  This will help you know what prices are just ok, and which prices are cause for stocking up.

.

#4- We have added the option of ordering all the information and tools that come in the binder alone without a binder.  This way, if you have a binder that you love, you can order just the insides to add to it.

.

You can order these products separately or with your new Save At Home Mommy Coupon Binder !

Reader’s Binder Testimonial

by Kerri at May 21, 2010 in Coupon Binder, Reader Deals

I got the best email today that I just had to share.  With permission of course!  Check out what Mindy had to say about her experience with her new Save At Home Mommy Coupon Binder!  All the emphasis is hers, I did not change a thing!

.

“For Mother’s Day, my husband bought me your coupon binder. When I received it, I was a little nervous that it was going to be too much to deal with when shopping. I put my apprehension aside, though, filled and filed all my coupons and grocery lists and headed to the store.
I found it fit very nicely in the child seat of the shopping cart and I really enjoyed having everything at my finger tips. (I was even able to fit my wallet into the inside zipper pocket, so no need for a pocketbook.)

.
What happened at the grocery store, next, was priceless.
If I see someone purchasing something that I have a coupon for (and won’t be using) I usually offer it to them. So in the process of offering a lady a coupon, she saw my organizer and was very amazed by it. I gave her your card and she asked me how much I tend to save each month by using coupons. I told her I had cut my grocery budget by at least half. She was very impressed and told me she was the manager at the local Fashion Bug, she told me to come see her because she would love to offer me a job. She said that anyone that organized and good at saving money would make a perfect employee! She took my name and went on her way.
As soon I put my purchase in the cart I pull out the coupon and put it in a common pile. That way all the coupons I use are in one place, ready to give to the cashier, at checkout. I finished my shopping and headed to the line. As I went to pull out my "stash" of coupons, I was amazed. I had used more coupons than ever! Being able to see all my coupons laid out in front of me in the coupon organizer had helped me to use more of them and not miss purchases.

.
I was excited to see my total savings, and so was the couple behind me. I apologized to them for the time it was going to take because of the coupons. They replied, "No, don’t worry about it, this is fascinating!" They actually cheered as they watched my original total decrease by $42.30! They couldn’t believe that you could save that much money with coupons.
Well, a long story, just to say that I’m thrilled with my coupon organizer. My total coupons saving for the entire day’s worth of shopping was $86.22!

.

Anything that can save me that much money, get me a job offer, and cause people to cheer me on in the checkout line is worth telling everyone about!”

Thanks so much for the organizer and for your great blog! God bless!

Thanks so much Mindy for sharing your story!  It was a HUGE encouragement to me and hopefully to all you readers as well.
