Do these summer utility bills have you re-working your budget? Then join me this summer on slashing your grocery budget by $20.00 per week! For my family of three we spend about $50 per week on groceries and toiletries. I’ve challenged myself to cut $20 per week out of our budget to get us through the summer, that’s only $30 per week, or $10 per person per week!!!
I may be crazy, but with coupons and sales I think it’ll be possible, even in California. We are pretty health conscious people, so we won’t be stooping to Top Ramen to get us by. There are lots of healthy inexpensive choices out there, and I’d like you to join the challenge with me!
Leave a comment below if you’d like to join this 10 week challenge to take $20 per week off your grocery budget and tell me what your NEW budget will be. I’ll come back each week and report how I did, and I’d like for you to do the same. If you stick to this challenge with me for the full 10 weeks, and report back each week with how you did, then you will be entered into a drawing to win a surprise prize pack from me.
Let’s save money, eat healthy, and get through these HOT summer months without breaking our budgets 🙂
