HY-TOP Graham Crackers $1.58 Each!

While I was at WinCo this morning I came across these HY-TOP Graham Crackers, 14.4oz for only $1.58 each! Now of course this isn’t a stock-up price, however it’s a GREAT price!!! There are so many recipes these days using graham crackers, so let me share one of my favorites with you!

Chocolate Éclair Dessert

Ingredients:

1/3 cup cocoa

1 cup sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

1 stick butter

1/4 cup milk

2 individual packages graham crackers

2 (3 ounce) packages instant cheesecake pudding mix (vanilla would work too)

3 cups milk

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions:

In a sauce pan mix cocoa and sugar. Add butter and milk. Boil for 1 minute. Remove mixture from burner, add vanilla, then set aside to cool. While chocolate mixture is cooling, line the bottom of a 9×13 dish with graham crackers. In a large bowl, combine pudding mix and milk and stir well. Fold whipped topping into pudding mixture. Spread half of mixture over graham cracker layer. Top with another layer of graham crackers and the remaining pudding. Top all with a final layer of graham crackers and pour cooled chocolate mixture over the top. Refrigerate dessert until serving. This dessert tastes best if made the night before, or for enough time for the graham crackers to get soft.
