Here are all of the best prices from the major stores as listed in their ads. Let us know if you come across any other great deals and I will add them to the chart. I am going to do a little research this week and try to find some of the prices on the BOGO sales. I will update prices as I find them and as readers comment and email.

KMart also has a promotion when you buy Crayola, Mead, Avery, 3M, Expo, Paper Mate, Liquid Paper or Sharpie. Buy $15 worth and get a $4.00 coupon or buy $25 worth and get an $8.00 coupon off your next purchase through 8/14. There is a limit of one per transaction and the entire amount must be purchase in a single transaction. Use this along with their deals to save even more.

at my target, i got the rose art colored pencils for .50 and free crayons. they are free when you buy the colored pencils.

At toys r us, the lunchbox that I got had one of the parents free subscription cards included. If you don’t want the parents subscription, you can mail in the card to get a rebate for $4.97…making the backpack and lunch bag an even sweeter deal!

I was at Walmart the other day, and saw the pencils for a $1, and knew in most places it’s cheap. This would come in handy for my next shopping trip for school supplies.

Walmart had Dixon 24ct. pencils at .97, 2pk glue sticks .25, Crayola and Rose Art Crayons .25, 2pk black Sharpies 1.50
Don’t forget that Wal-Mart price matches, so you can take your ads for all of the other stores into Wal-Mart and only have to make 1 trip!
Target price matches as well. It won’t help at either place though for the deals that involve store rewards. Thanks for bringing that up especially for those who have to drive far to get to certain stores!
Target has the cutest stuff and alot more to choose from!
Target had a few tabbed dividers in the dollar spot section so $1 for tabbed dividers there.
Just thought it might be worthy of note that some of these places (Office Max) have per-customer limits published in their ad. Also, my Walgreens was out of the 6-packs of highlighters, but I spoke with a manager and he was very willing to find me a substitute at the sale price. Always worth asking!

I bought Crayola Crayons, 24 pack, for $0.25 each at Target.
They weren’t advertised and didn’t have a “sale” price tag on them. The regular price tag was just $0.25, so I don’t know if it’s just a back to school thing or that is the regular price.

If you look at the very bottom of the post, there is a print option. That should print just the post with none of the other info from the site. I hope that helps.
I was just at Costco today and their Ticonderoga #2 pencils come in a pack of around 8 dozen for around $8. I can’t remember the exact price, but I know for sure it was under a dollar for a dozen.
