When you purchase $30 or more of any Olay, Secret, Venus, CoverGirl, or Pantene products you can receive a $12 magazine subscription to Allure, Glamour, Lucky, Self or Teen Vogue. If you don’t want the magazine, you can opt for a $12 refund instead or you just give it as a gift!


OFFER/REFUND DETAILS:
Limit one subscription per household. Offer expires 6/30/10. The magazine offer is valid for U.S. subscribers only. This is a special bonus included with your $30 or higher qualifying purchase for the specific P&G products shown in the advertisement. You will not be billed for the subscription. It is a special bonus included with your qualified purchase. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your first issue of the magazine you choose. If you have an existing subscription to the magazine of your choice, that subscription will be extended by one year. Each of the above subscription selections are valued at $12.     I’m not noticing any dates that these much be purchased through. Do you think the CG purchases from CVS last week will go towards the total?

      I don’t see a start date anywhere either? It does say that if you want the refund that you should send the form within 30 days of purchase. I am sorry I can’t say for certain, you might try calling and asking.
