Almost 2 years ago, I gave birth to our second little girl Adelaide Grace (Addi). I was able to lose the weight I had gained from my pregnancy within 10 days. The problem was, I still had 60 more pounds on my frame than when my husband and I were married. I had allowed myself to think that this happens to everyone and that I would never be the same weight as when I got married.
I have always struggled with my weight, losing and gaining over and over again, but this time I was determined to make a change. My mother called one day and was telling me about some of her friends that had started taken a weight loss supplement called Solo Slim and gotten great results. I researched it as much as possible and could find nothing wrong with it. I even took it to 2 doctors and neither of them could find anything harmful in the ingredients, so I decided anything was worth a try.
I got one bottle and began changing how we ate and exercising as much as I could. I loved this product because it is all natural and vegetarian and did not make me feel jumpy or weird. I also loved only taking one pill each morning 20 minutes before breakfast but the best part for sure, eating what I wanted! I am the kind of person that if I say I can not eat chocolate, I end up eating the entire chocolate cake. Kerri, I lost about 20 lbs on extra strength SoloSlim but after about 2 months it was as if my body developed a tolerance and I no longer got the appetite suppressant effect. Any suggestions?
I think that wore off as much for me but I still kept on exercising and loosing weight as it kept my metabolism up. I would just try to eat right and exercise and see if the weight continues to come off. It will also help you to develope good eating and exercising habits.
I have been taking Solo Slim since January 2010 and have lost 50lbs. I have changed my eating habits, but by taking this pill I continue to lose weight even though I sometimes fall off the wagon. I exercise regularly and feel so much better. I know several ladies living close by who have lost large amounts of weight since starting this pill. FYI (from Planetary Nutrition) : Ezville has recalled Solo Slim due to Solo Slim® found to contain Didesmethyl Sibutramine when tested. Sibutramine is an FDA-approved drug used as an appetite suppressant for weight loss. It will be 4 weeks before a new supply is received.
That’s great! I loved the stuff but you know it was taken off the market. Do you know of anything else that is similar to the “old” Solo Slim Xtra Strength? I was doing real good when they had the recall. Thanks!

Helo friend! I just wanted to tell you that I remmebered your weight loss story (after Shane showed me your FB picture. He was so impressed!) and looked you up to find out what you had been taking. I ordered it back in March and within 2 months I had lost 20lbs. I told everyone I knew and many people took it with results falling off the scale. I went to the site and cant find the Solo Slim Extra Strength, it says Solo Slim Extra Strength is in stock is offered only in the Solo Slim Extra Strength Advanced version. The makers of solo slim have decided to discontinue the regular strength :( am I at the wrong page?
No, that is correct. They are not making the regular strength anymore. I think I noted that somewhere?
I was wondering if you thought the new verison was a waste or not, I have tried the old and loved it and now using the new “advanced” but i seem to not be losing weight at all and im working out.
