Scenario:

Buy 5 Boxes(One of them Raisin Bran) 5 x $1.69= $8.45

Use $2.00 off coupon AND
Use (2) $1.00/2 coupons

Out of Pocket= $4.45

Get a $4.00 Catalina back

Final Price= .45 for 5 boxes of cereal!

You could then do the same thing again and use the $4.00 catalina to pay for your order making your out of pocket= .45

Get another $4.00 Catalina back

and so on until you run out of coupons

I know some other areas, not CA, have doublers they could use to make this even more outrageous of a deal. 

That is .09 per box of cereal, not too shabby!
