When you buy $200 gift card and get $20 off your next transaction with purchase of $50, is that before the manufacturer coupons or after the manufacturer coupons. Do you have to buy $50 after all the coupons, or it’s the $50 subtotal before taxes and coupons?
Yes, the $50 should be before coupons allowing you to get $50 in sales prices and then use your $20 off and then give them the reast of your coupons to make it even less!
FYI – always becareful when buying gift cards thru a grocery stores. Many times there are activation fees (listed in VERY small print on the back side), so when the receiver receives the card, instead of it being a $25 card, it's really like $22 or $23, plus they normally have a certain amount of time to use it, then if they don't after 12 months (or whatever the time frame is), then it will cost them to ACTIVATE the card to use it. Last year when giving our niece a card, I told her you must use it within 12 months or it will cost you, so atleast she knew ahead of time. :)
