I just went yesterday to do the Kleenex deal, and there are boxes for 99 cents at my store. But remember that 2 dollar coupon is only good with a 20 dollar purchase. If you aren't buying other items, just buy three and use the .50 off coupon, it will still be a small moneymaker.

    I am going shopping tomorrow : )
Did you know cellfire is available as an iphone app?

I still can't get my coupons.com coupons to print : ( but cellfire is saving me money & paper/ink as I can just look at the coupons on my phone and know they will work when I ring up : )

I also sent some ladies your way who wanted to know how I am saving money… of course it's like 98% you ; )

  3. SaveAtHomeMommy says:

Yes, I did know that about cellfire. Thank you so much for sending people my way! I love it! Did you read the post I did at http://www.saveathomemommy.com/2009/09/problems-printing-coupons-in-different.html
about printing coupons? The only other thing I can think of is that your security might be set to high on your firewall.

I have falled in love with the $2 Fresh Express salad: BLT Caesar!!! Oh my Lord, one of the best things I've ever tasted.

Can someone please help me out though? I don't know where to find the coupon she's referencing as in "SS"? She says:

"Use .55/2 Fresh Express from 10/2 SS". Smart Saver?

    Thank you!!!
    PS – My 1st time here. :)

  5. Amy says:

I was not allowed to use the John Morrell BOGO coupon at my Vons this morning. She said it was not allowed since then I wouldn't actually be buying one. I asked her why it mattered when the manufacturer would be paying them for the item when they submitted the coupon. It's not like they would be out any money. I was polite, I promise! :-) But she said no, it was coupon fraud! I didn't have time to wait and ask for a manager, so I just asked her to remove the items from my purchase. I've never had that happen before. What would be your suggestion on how to handle that?

  6. SaveAtHomeMommy says:

As far as the BOGO John Morrell coupon goes, sometimes they take it and sometimes they don't I have actually had it go both ways. I think you handled it the right way. That has happened to me before too and that is what I did, I just asked them to remove the items for me.

As far as the SS question goes, that stands for Smart Source which is one of the Sunday newspaper inserts. There is a link under the Getting Started guide that has the definitions for all of the abbreviations used in the coupon world. I hope that helps!

  7. Jenelle says:

Thank you! I appreciate your help! I will look up those definitions so I don't have to embarrass myself again. ;) There are so many out there!!
